  Great selection, friendly staff, and somewhat reasonable pricing. One of my favorite places. Just wish I could go more often.

  I love Half Price Books, and it’s been ages since we visited this location. Store was clean and well-organized. Several employees hard at work with shelving product or helping customers. Everyone was friendly. Given the nature of the business, the books and other items that are available vary wildly from store to store. I found a couple of things, as did my wife, but I struck out on several books I was hoping to find. Oh well, that just means I’ll have to stop in at another HPB sometime soon.

  I've been in this store many times over the years, and have never had a bad experience until dealing with the manager "Jeff". I'm not sure if he was just having a day or what, but he was shockingly unpleasant. The rest of the staff have always been great! I suggest the frugal muse on the west side if you can make the trip, or be certain "Jeff" isn't working when you visit.
