- MKMadie KreyJul 22, 20261.0I can’t say this has been my favorite Express store. Never was greeted or acknowledged which was disappointing (even though I think she may have been the manager) made eye contact with me several times and just ignored me. Found cute pieces to add to my wardrobe!!! Notice when trying on in the fitting rooms, it’s such a mess. Finger smudging on the mirrors and a lot of dust on the floor. When it was time for check out they didn’t ask if I had an account (someone else) and just ring out my items. (I did had a $40 reward for my birthday) and not to mention I am a VIP customer. So just in all not a good experience with this store, very disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location.
