- MTMargaret Taft2 days ago5.0The owner of this store is all about making sure her customers are happy and satisfied. My kids ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet for me. The bouquet arrived a little messy due to the traveling with being delivered on Mother’s Day. I called and left a message. The owner personally called me back to set up a new delivery so the bouquet would be fresh and beautiful. I live an hour from Madison so that adds to the challenge. However she did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this location for all of your edible arrangements orders in and around the Madison Wi area.

While they did deliver within the time frame indicated, they did not include the birthday balloon I had paid for, nor was the fruit as pictured (a lot more melon, a lot less pineapple). I have reached out to the store twice for a refund on the balloon and have not heard back. There are better options out there!
- JSjacob sMay 5, 20261.0Horrible service by the owner of all people. I asked for tulips, a nice spring bouquet. Also a dozen red roses for my girlfriend. Turns out they had no tulips nor red roses. I was not informed they sent the flowers anyways. I spoke with both the manager and the Owner terribly rude people. There’s a reason why Edible arrangements only have three stars
