  Had a big tray delivered as gift. Was refrigerated immediately, we ate some first day. Not even a day 1/2 later there was mold on the strawberries we still had. I have strawberries in my fridge older than that not moldy. I called and reported this, seeing the gift was probably very expensive. They fixed the issue by providing new berries. Very good customer service!

  I can't say enough good things about Edible Arrangements Store #476 and Troy S. in Madison, WI! I originally went to the company's main website to send my mom an edible arrangement and flowers for her birthday. Unfortunately, I hit a roadblock when the edible arrangement I wanted was listed under "Same Day Delivery" but then said it couldn't be delivered that day. I decided to see if there was a local Edible Arrangements store in Madison, and thankfully there was! When I called, Troy S. answered. I explained the situation, and he immediately understood the issue. He even pulled up the website himself and quickly identified the error, explaining that it was supposed to have been fixed but apparently hadn't been. Troy offered to take my order over the phone, making the entire process incredibly easy. I wanted to add flowers, but the website only described them as "Designer's Choice" so I really wasn’t sure what they would look like. Instead of simply describing them, he went above and beyond by texting me a photo of the exact bouquet they would be sending. They were absolutely beautiful! To make things even better, he offered me a discount for the inconvenience caused by the website, which I truly appreciated. He also suggested calling my mom before delivery to make sure the arrangement wouldn't be left sitting in the hot sun. He worked with me to coordinate everything, successfully reached her, and the arrangement was delivered just about an hour later. I have to say, Troy didn't just go above and beyond—he exceeded every expectation. His customer service was exceptional, and other companies could learn a lot from the way he genuinely cared about making this experience a great one. Because of him, my mom was completely surprised, felt incredibly loved, and had a wonderful birthday. I will most definitely be using this store again, and if you're in the Madison area, I highly recommend asking for Troy. Thank you, Troy, for making what started as a frustrating situation into such a memorable and positive experience!

  HUGE THANKS to Edible Arrangements in Madison for the wonderful Arrangement they made happen for the entire ICU Unit and Staff at UnityPoint Health Meriter Hospital. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Big Thank You to the Wonderful Troy! He was very knowledgeable and did a superb job. Thank you Troy!!!

  My son was out of town on his graduation night representing his hometown soccer team!! I called and Troy went above and beyond to help me all the way in TEXAS!! My son and his team loved the arrangement! The owner, Kelsey even reached out and sent me pictures and updates!! You will not go wrong if you do business here!! Thank you!!
