Making the transition from tighter jeans to baggy... wasn't sure of my size. I hated every minute of going here. Angry staff, limited sizing runs, and downright gross changing rooms. Dropped a pair of jeans after trying on, a dust greyhound the size of a lunch box flies from behind the mirror. I escaped as quickly as possible.

I ordered an item online, and paid the extra $7.00 for shipping rather than make a 50-mile trip to the nearest store (Madison West Towne). I received a completely wrong item, and the American Eagle representative said I could return it at any of their stores. I tried calling the store every few minutes for 45 minutes and no one ever answered, so I made the drive to the store. They didn’t carry the item I ordered, so I requested a refund. They refunded the price and sales tax, but refused to refund the shipping because “they don’t control the shipping”. So I’m out the $7.00 shipping and made a 50-mile trip besides. The next time my daughter requests a gift from American Eagle I’ll tell her I’ll shop anywhere but there.
