I called the store, spoke with Kyle and he walked me through the process (super easy). He even put the sunglasses aside knowing I was passing through and had limited time. I was curious about other sunglasses and let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff. I do a lot of research and clearly he does too; I love when a company/staff know all about their product, builds confidence. I was in and out quick, new glasses and all, absolutely amazing experience! Thank you Kyle for you amazing and personable customer service, Sunglass Hut is lucky to have to have you
