- DDDani DullSep 16, 20265.0I was at the mall to buy shoes and stumbled into that store just to check it out. We were greeted with energy and the manager (I am so sorry I do not remember his name) was engaging the entire time. He helped me choose the perfect pair out of the three pairs I liked. He was quick, but not pushy or rushing us at all. He told a couple funny quick stories. He was just fantastic. I typically buy super cheap glasses, but this was a lot of money for me and I have ZERO buyer’s remorse. Everyone should go there! Thank you!!
- ESElif SarıkayaSep 9, 20265.0Christopher was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to find frames that not only suited my needs but also fit my face perfectly. He even took the time to adjust a pair of sunglasses that I had purchased from another Sunglass Hut location so they would sit more comfortably and look better on me. His outstanding customer service, patience, and attention to detail made this one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Christopher went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate all of his help. Thank you for making my visit such a wonderful experience!
- JEJosiah EakerAug 12, 20265.0The best part of the experience was Kyle. They have a good selection of sunglasses; I bought two pair after Kyle talked me into their sale. Extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and a sick watch on the wrist!
- JJJeffJul 5, 20265.0The manager is awesome. Super knowledgeable and helpful making decisions. Definitely recommend because of him.
- JBJack BaylesJul 4, 20265.0Never thought I’d post about sunglasses, however felt it was worth it this time. I’m from out of town, looking to use my Ray Ban warranty. I called the store, spoke with Kyle and he walked me through the process (super easy). He even put the sunglasses aside knowing I was passing through and had limited time. I was curious about other sunglasses and let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff. I do a lot of research and clearly he does too; I love when a company/staff know all about their product, builds confidence. I was in and out quick, new glasses and all, absolutely amazing experience! Thank you Kyle for you amazing and personable customer service, Sunglass Hut is lucky to have to have you
