  Went to return a pair of shorts for my boyfriend with the receipt, keep in mind. They were too small so never worn. Purchased last week. The woman who helped me had little to no hospitality and wouldn’t give us a refund due to missing tags. She didn’t apologize or help at all. Was very cold, awful customer service.

  I'm sure the store has a lot to offer but.....it was very dark inside and it was so dark, I couldn't read the tags and nothing looked exciting because it felt like I was in a basement with a huge amount of merchandise that I would have enjoyed seeing, butcouldn't. The question is why would a store that must have hundreds of thousands of dollars in merchandise be so cheap with electricity? It cost them, my business. No one was in the store except employees who were nice, but no one asked me what I was looking for until I was leaving. I am disappointed because I wanted to buy my adult son some gifts, but left empty handed. I hope the management takes this seriously because I know how important losing business is, I was a business owner when I was younger.
