- JBJoseph BurkeMay 17, 20232.0Worked through a contractor for room remodel. He went through Kitchen Creators. I worked directly with this wholesaler to choose cabinet line and associated details. In person, their recommendations and assistance was great. Issues came from ordering, reordering, mistakes on color, portions not ordered as documented, wrong shelves ordered, reordered shelves incorrect, shelf holes manufactured incorrectly (manufacturer's error). Ultimately, mistakes happen. Supply chain delays happen. But if you carry a product line as a wholesaler, stand behind the product, own the mistakes, correct the mistakes...and pay attention to the details. Service was there in the beginning...not in the end. I'll be using the contractor again, but I'll make sure he finds a different cabinet wholesaler to use next time.

- CCCourtney C.Feb 26, 20202.0I will never use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone I know. My husband and I bought a new house when I was pregnant and wanted to redo the kitchen before moving in and our 2nd child came. Not only did they mess up the color of the cabinets, they had to be sent back and we had to wait another 3 weeks for the correct cabinets to come it. Finally got the cabinets in then some of the doors didn’t match so once again the project was put on hold. Also, I called the rep to talk about my concerns and she never returned my 3 phone calls. I was told by KC that she has “poor cell phone service because she does a lot of traveling”. KC never took ownership for their mistakes. Very very disappointed with the whole service.
Frequently Asked Questions About Kitchen Creators Inc
What materials are cabinets made from?
Kitchen cabinets can be made from a variety of materials, including solid wood, plywood, MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard), particleboard, and even metal or glass. The choice of material affects the durability, appearance, and cost of the cabinets.
How do I choose the right style of cabinets for my kitchen?
The style of your kitchen cabinets should complement the overall design of your kitchen. Popular styles include shaker and narrow rail flat panel doors. Consider the existing decor, your personal taste, and whether you prefer a traditional, modern, or transitional look.
What finishes are available for cabinets?
Cabinets can be finished in various ways, including staining, painting, glazing, or leaving them natural. The finish you choose will depend on your desired aesthetic and the type of material used. Some finishes are more durable and easier to maintain than others.
How much do kitchen cabinets typically cost?
The cost of kitchen cabinets varies widely based on factors like material, size, style, and customization. Stock cabinets are usually the most affordable, while custom cabinets can be significantly more expensive. Every project is unique and requires a great level of project details to get an accurate cost.
Can I install cabinets myself, or should I hire a professional?
While some DIY enthusiasts might be able to install kitchen cabinets themselves, it’s generally recommended to hire a professional, especially for more complex layouts. Professional installation ensures that the cabinets are properly aligned, secured, and functional.
What are soft-close cabinets, and should I consider them?
Soft-close cabinets have special hinges and glide systems that allow doors and drawers to close slowly and quietly, preventing slamming. These are now considered industry standard and are included with almost every cabinet line available.
How do I maximize storage space in my kitchen cabinets?
To maximize storage, consider options like pull-out shelves, lazy Susans, drawer dividers, and custom organizers. Utilizing vertical space with taller cabinets or stackable storage solutions can also help make the most of your kitchen's storage potential.
Do you partner with or can you suggest any installers?
Although we don’t provide installation services, we have a list of trusted contractors we can recommend to best fit your project.
Do you provide design services for projects?
We offer cabinet design services free of charge, and one job site measure before ordering. A design retainer is usually not involved but plausible based on time spent, revisions, extra job site trips.
Where do I begin to get a cabinet quote?
A simple sketch or floorplan with dimensions of the current and/or proposed layout is the first thing we’ll need to get a design started. Photos of the space are always appreciated, but not necessary. Before submitting for a quote, consider the type of cabinet you’re looking for, any accessories you’d like included in the cabinets, and what wood species/finish you want priced out.
