- RBRyan BeckmanAug 7, 20241.0Ordered new lens for my Ray-Ban sunglasses. Got a call saying that they were in. Went to pick them up and have them put in. There was a different person behind the counter who had my lens in her hand when she found out I wanted them install she called the manager who was not there . She then told me that I had to come back when her manager was in early mornings to have them installed. I work during the day so that wasn't going to work. When I told her that he said I could come anytime to pick them up she then lied to me and said she couldn't find them. I saw them in her hands. Can you say lasy. I demanded my money back and will not go back to this store. People just want to get paid for doing nothing I get it but not on my dime. I fell sorry for whoever has to foot the bill for the incompetence.
- AOAmanda OleszakAug 22, 20222.0Came in 2 months ago and bought two pairs of sunglassses, the gentleman was great and told me that the pair I had with scratched lenses could have the lenses replaced for $80- just bring them back to him. So today I came in with the glasses and someone else was working, an older woman, who said”we don’t do that” and “he must have been mistaken” and said maybe another sun glass guy does that is another mall- miles away. Extremely disappointed with the misinformation and lack of consistency with information. Will not be shopping here again- not worth it!
