- DWD WardJul 30, 20261.0I’ve been shopping at this location for years and have always had exceptional experiences. Sky, has always been my go-to as she’s incredibly knowledgeable and pleasure. Unfortunately, my last two visits there have not been so great. A gentleman by the name of Josh R. who claims to be the store manager has the worst people skills and attitude and should not work in any people-facing capacity. He’s extremely unprofessional, cuts people off while they’re in the middle of asking questions and does not provide the traditional shopping experience that is usually had at a Sunglass Hut. His behavior and uncouthness has forever changed my mind about shopping at my local SGH and I will never shop there again. Again, the air conditioning hasn’t worked in the store for nearly a month. Couple that with Josh Rs behavior the Bayshore Sunglass Hut has now become a tacky unfavorable shopping destination to the neighborhood. Do better!
