    Me and my dad were shopping for new football cleats. One of the employees was nice and greeted us at the door and made a nice reminder that they were closing soon, however, there was another employee who was very rude. He told us that the store was closing soon just like the other employee but when we told him we’d be quick, he sort of shook his head in a way that made us feel very unwelcome there.

    Whenmy son and I arrived a nice guy told us they close in five minutes, then after that a guy told us we close in 3 minutes. I told him we will be very fast but he nodded showing disrespect, in welcoming us. This one star is for the nice guy.

    This location is horrible and unprofessional. Customer service is terrible because they have a rude manager - Jenni. The cameras from 7.40pm until 8.30pm on July 1st, 2026 should be looked at to see how nasty and disrespectful she was.
