- BVBruce VangMay 10, 20263.0Went in today 5/10, between 515pm - 540pm Went to the men's shoe sections with my wife and our son and as I walked by the two male workers in the men's shoe department had laugh out of no where as we walked by. I could tell they had both looked at me before laughing like there was an inside joke. As I was walking by them they got quiet with a smirk on their face, smiling at each other. I look at both them thinking maybe it wasnt towards me. One of the workers looked my way and look away right away as if I knew they were laughing about me. Didn't offer to help me with anything as well. Im sure scheels has cameras they can look it up. Im posting on here instead of calling it in so something can be done. Who knows if anything will be done after calling the store. Please check your cameras if you think im lying.

Now I have to wait 24 hours to use the credit even though they said I would get it in 5 minutes with an override. I like Scheels even though their customer service has been consistently crappy every time I come here. It makes zero sense I have to wait to use my credit and I don’t live near a Scheels. This is what they call “no good deed goes unpunished”…trying to support them and now I cannot even access the credit. I am pissed off because I have no idea when I will be near a Scheels again and now use the credit, I will probably now have to pay for shipping. I should have been able to access the credit and shop instantly. Terrible terrible to make me wait to get the credit back.
