I had been thinking of getting one for awhile but the entire process was feeling a bit overwhelming. I was looking at the different bikes and Sebastian came up and asked if I had questions and needed help. He was so patient, took everything slowly, and answered all my questions. His kindness and excitement while helping me test the e-bike in the parking lot sold me on purchasing it!! Thank you so much for giving me the confidence to take it for a spin, being so helpful and just being awesome at what you do!! After loading it, he even gave this lady a huge hug before I drove off!!
