  I am so in love with this store and the owner- and I spend so much money everytime I am here visiting my parents- but the two employees that were working there this week ( I only visit once or twice a year and really look forward to shopping there cause they have great stuff) were so rude. The one with the long brown straight here and the older woman with shoulder width curly hair. They both were sooooooo rude and unprofessional and unwelcoming- I thought it was just me even though I was super nice and caring I was confused - but after seeing these reviews I understand its a problem they have. I see the store is for sale i hope nice people buy it and that they hire nice people. Enough with the mean girls attitude.

  I went to sell my clothing after clearing out some items. They took four total pieces, and that’s fine. My issue is that they took genuine Coach Skyler pumps in the classic pattern and gave me a TOTAL of $20 for the transaction. I didn’t hear the total that the girl said and she just handed me a receipt to sign. This felt SO predatory. I know they know how much those shoes were worth, and they gave me not even $20 for them. That’s disgusting and wrong of them. I’m half tempted to go back to the store and ask why my $100+ shoes were bought at not even a quarter of retail when I know for a fact they’ll be selling them for $60+. Nasty.

  Used to love this store but lately it's been going down hill. They don't buy name brand, brand new clothing but instead shein and Walmart. And the pricing is outrageous.

  To start this review off, I NEVER leave negative reviews unless an experience with a business is beyond poor. I brought in 2 large bags of clothing with quite a few newer hardly worn brand name items: KanKan skinny jeans, Aeropostale knit sweater, Underarmour sweatpants, Carhartt long sleeve shirt, and Timberland boots to name a few. I was first informed that I had to bring them in, in a tote or reusable bag NOT in garbage bags. The did however offer because it was my first time donation to accept them and use one of their totes. When I received the text to come back to pick up my items the employee informed me they did not want to purchase any of my items. I was quite confused as I looked around to see what they sold in the store which were in FAR worse condition than my newer items. Honestly this store is a joke and I will not be returning.

  Staff behavior felt strange and made me uncomfortable. The customer service was not friendly, and the experience ended up feeling like a waste of time.
