- JKJaydee KollwitzMay 5, 20263.0This is a review for the bathrooms located in the back by the salon. I always likes shopping at JC Penny and lately it feels like its slowly falling apart. The ceiling tiles are missing in some areas. The lack of open registers and I recently found out axlot of places are not handicap accessible. I had hip surgery that required me to be in a wheelchair. I could barely fit through most of the clothing areas. It was a very tight squeeze. Most of my complaint is the bathroom. I had to go through 2 doors. My wheelchair barely made it through the doors. The bathroom smelled so bad! It always smells when I would have to use it. I couldn't get my wheelchair in the handicap bathroom. My daughter had to wheel me in. I stood up very carefully as she backed my wheelchair out so I could shut the door. The sink with the opeinging for a wheelchair was too small. So once again I had to carefully stand up so I could wash my hands. I didnt realize how many places make it impossible for people with a disability to get around. I'm only in my wheelchair temporarily. I can't imagine for those who are permanently in a wheelchair.

Trudy was EXTREMELY RUDE when she checked out. Trudy is a terrible person and needs to be let go immediately for her terrible comments. The things she said were completely uncalled for and I hope she understands Karma.
