  I've only been to this location and the one in Hayward. This location is large. It has a pretty large men's section and the men's jeans selection is very good. The staff has always been friendly and helpful on every visit - they say hello when you walk in. They actually helped me find items. This visit I only purchased 1 pair of jeans but the attention and service they gave me, you would have thought I was dropping $1,000. I can't say that about the Hayward location. It's smaller. No jeans at all. I dropped over $400 on fall clothes. No hello no service until I brought up all my items to the two women behind the counter. One took the items as the other rang me up. Barely a smile or thank you after the ring. There was another guy shopping at the same time, he didn't get any attention either. Both of us with an arm full of clothes.

  I love the clothes at Gliks in Eagle River and have spent a lot of money there as a now local. However, I went there recently and bought some gifts for my dad for his birthday. He needed to exchange the size and forgot the gift receipt in the bag. I also have a receipt and purchased recently from the manager. The manager, Cindy, was extremely rude and argued with my father that she couldn’t exchange the item for the same item, just a different size. The tags and everything are still on it. Since I am in the system and shop every week there, she could have been more professional and understanding and looked up my purchase. I absolutely cannot believe she is the manager at this store. Coming from being a manager at Nordstrom in the cities before moving up here, I am totally dissatisfied on how she handled the situation and will take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses up here that need the business. Cindy is rude, has no customer service skills, and unprofessional.
