  I am 5'2" and weigh 105 lbs. tried on a dress at the store and I didn't fit into my normal extra small size. I asked the sales clerk if she had any in a small size. I told her that since having 3 children I wasn't fitting into my normal extra small with this dress as it was too tight in the upper mid section. She proceeded to ask me if I knew what Activia was. I didn't know if I'd heard her right so I asked if she could repeat herself. I was hoping that she was talking about another store in the mall and not food. She repeated herself and she said "Activia, the probiotics in the yogurt can help you lose weight, as she placed her hands on her own waist. I've lost 20 pounds from just being on Activia." She proceeded to share with me where to find it and how often to eat it. I was so shocked by her comment I didn't know what to say. I handed her the dress wished her a good day and left pushing my baby in his stroller.

  Horrible return policy. They are not willing to return an in season item without a receipt. It was a gift. Not even willing to give in store credit at lowest selling price. What should i do with an item that will not fit me? Update: After talking to Carol at Express Customer Care, I learned the policy DOES allow a return for merchandise credit without a receipt. They should have given me a store merchandise credit for whatever price the item rings up currently. Charlotte at the Brookfield store was incredibly rude and refused to follow store policy in my situation. 1 star for Charlotte and her terrible attitude. Charlotte: Learn some customer service skills and stop treating customers like thieves. Update: I talked to the store manager several weeks after the incident. He clarified that Carol at Customer Service was incorrect in her information, and Charlotte was well within her rights to refuse the return. He was very rude and never had someone from corporate follow up with me as I requested. This has been a terrible experience, and I am no longer a customer of Express.

  I love the style selection at Express, but it is SO expensive. I could never afford to shop here regularly. Also, the staff is nice but their service is completely overbearing. I was annoyed with them knocking on my dressing room door to ask how I was doing. That was way too much.
