- OMOlivia Miller6 days ago1.0Never had had a bad experience at any other stores until i stepped into this one..employees were yelling across the store to each other about non-store related issues.. A woman who worked there was also giving me and my children dirty looks. Came here to look for father’s day gift for my husband, and did not leave with one. I can’t speak for all employees because I had only interacted with one, but she was the most rude woman I have ever met. Just go to New Berlin and save yourself the stress.

- JFjim fitzpatrickFeb 21, 20265.0Absolutely fantastic store. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The store is clean and well lit, very well organized. Julie, the manager, made a trying experience with a short stocked item into a great experience. My local stores were less than helpful with finding something in the current flyer, but the Brookfield store was amazing to deal with. Kyle finished things just as great as the rest of the experience. I am over an hour away and will gladly make the drive from now on.
