By far the worst “customer service.” Zero hospitality. I walked in and there was about 10 workers just standing at the cashier who did not say one word to me and just stared at me with dirty luxe. I walked around the store for about 20 minutes and not one word from anyone in the store. I asked to try on and I was ignored. In fact, one of the mail workers said to the lady he was talking to “Anyway…” A few minutes later a different girl said uh did you need something? I had a stack of clothing I was going to buy, but was so irritated and disappointed in my experience that I put it all back. I thought maybe the first couple times I had went in there it was a fluke and this has been my experience every single time so I will never be back.

I’ve stopped in here a few times and each time staff is rude and really pays no attention to their customers. Most of the time they’re grouped at the counter gossiping and if you ask for help it feels like an inconvenience. I prefer to drive almost 2 hours to Oakbrook, IL then go here because of the customer service. Hope customer service changes and becomes a bit more of a priority for here soon!
