- ANAlly NNov 2, 20243.0Normally I have a good experience, however I haven’t been to this location in a while. I can see a lot has changed. There were 2 people working. I was in the store for a good 10min before they even acknowledged me (there was only one other customer in the store). One lady was really short with me when I asked questions, and made me feel like a burden at check out. Rushed through the transaction, I’m assuming so she could go back to socializing with her coworker. Not sure if Amber still works there, but she was wonderful and made me feel welcome all the past times I’ve been to this location. But unfortunately the 2 ladies I encountered today need some training on customer service. I don’t think I’ll be back for a while, my experience today was quite disheartening.

To start, I'm a mom of 6 total (four bio, 2 bonus) and my last one was born December 2020, so he is about 3 1/2 months old. I was still wearing maternity pants and needed non-maternity jeans that actually fit. I went in about 5pm on 3/27/2021 with my 7 yr old daughter not knowing what to expect, as I've always had bad experiences shopping for women's clothes in general, so it's been years since I've done it! (😬) The ladies working that night were SUPER friendly and so non-judgmental and made me feel welcome, handled my cluelessness about the store (I've never been in a Maurices store before) with ease and grace. The personalized changing rooms were so clean and fancy and beautiful! The woman who checked me out helped me in any way she could think of! I can't express my gratitude enough, from the two of us walking in all the way to walking out the door. Thank you so much for having these two young ladies at your store!
