    Had Joanna as my cashier yesterday, she had excellent customer service. Joanna assisted me find JC Penny online coupons, rewards discounts, and was very polite. Please recognize Joanna for her excellence…. Maybe a bonus….

    I was trying to find a manager at the Green Bay store to present my complaint. Hard to find one. Anyway, I opened up a JCP credit card a few months ago. I have already cut it up. I paid my bill in full at the store and then received a bill for $2.00!!!! I called Synchrony Bank/JCP. They pretty much blew me off. $2.00!!!! It was paid in full. I have the receipt. Something to do with some fine print in the middle of the description of the credit card per Synchrony. BS. I may continue to shop at Penny's but I will NEVER use their credit card again. I paid the $2 in the store and am done with their credit card. Not everyone pays online, which is apparently what they want. Not everyone has a computer. That is discrimination. I have a computer but do not do business on it.
