  If i could take away stars i would... they charged my account and then said it didnt go through... how convenient for you... i drove 45 minutes to come up here because i really wanted that lamp and now i got nothing and -$70.70 ... never coming here again, theyve lost my trust. A system malfunction on your part should not mean i get my product and money taken from me.. and they were happy to let me walk out empty handed. Talk about customer dissatisfaction.

  Gun counter staff aren't very helpful and they're not knowledgeable at all. All they're good for is grabbing me a pistol behind the counter so I can look at it. I waited about 12 min before someone was able to help me. After handling 5 handguns, the Cabela's Associate felt annoyed so I stopped and I left for Scheels. I live by UWGB and was glad I drove further to Scheels. Scheel's had so much better and friendlier staff and I had immediate service. I ended up buying a Kimber 2K11 and a Trijicon SRO from Scheels. Truthfully I've never had good luck instore in Cabelas since it became Bass Pro.

  60% marked on the rack. But the mark downs were about 15%. The guy standing next to me was more disgusted than I was and we both left without buying anything.

  My husband and I came into the store Friday Sept 11 to look at purchasing 2 new kayaks. After looking at the ones outside we went into the store to see if other kayaks were available there. While walking around the store I was approached by a man by the name of Justine representing Hilton. He asked if he could talk to me. Being the polite person I am I said sure. This man was so unbelievably pushy. When I found out what he was trying to sell me I told him I was not interested. He tried to sweeten the deal and again I told him no. Two other salesman were standing behind the cash register watching this unfold. I made eye contact with one and all he did was roll his eyes at me. I told Justine this was something my husband nor I were interested in and if I was I would have to discuss it with my husband. He wanted to know where my husband was. I had my phone in my hand which I normally do. He wanted me to call my husband so he could talk to him. I told him no but he did not want to stop there. I started to walk away and he grabbed my arm and said give me your phone I will call your husband. Shame on you Cabelas for allowing this to take place in your store. I do not get to your store very often and will not be returning. I went to the front of the store and called my husband on his phone. Told him to meet me in the parking lot as I was ready to leave.I don't know if you get a kick back from Hilton for this guy being in your or what!!!. Do better next time or you will continue to lose more than just me as a customer
