  I was greeted immediately at the door by a lady trying to sign me up for a credit card, I told her I wasnt interested and kept walking, she followed me a short period continuing to give me her pitch and eventually gave up, I then made my way back to the fish tank and was approached by member of hilton hotels (at bass pro shops) trying to sell me a trip to wherever I want to go, and once again no doesnt mean no to these people. I left without buying what I wanted to buy. Very odd experience at a sporting goods store.

  Extremely helpful and friendly staff! The woman in the shoe area was readily available to assist in retrieving any other shoe sizes from the back if needed and took damaged shoes off the floor without hesitation. The cashier was helpful to an individual ahead of me in line with card payment challenges, and kind to me as well.

  I am writing to express my disappointment with the sales and delivery experience I recently had while purchasing a new Sun Tracker pontoon from your Green Bay location. From the beginning, I was assured that my boat would be fully detailed, inspected, and ready for pickup at my scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After arriving for pickup, the purchase process took much longer than expected, despite paying for the boat outright. There was also confusion regarding a promotional gift card that had been promised, requiring employees to contact a manager before it could be issued. The most concerning issue occurred during the final walkthrough of the boat. Instead of being ready for delivery, the stereo system was found to be malfunctioning, and the console was disassembled while technicians attempted to diagnose the problem. I was initially told I could take the boat home and bring it back at a later date for repairs. I found this unacceptable, as I expected a brand-new boat to be fully operational before taking possession. Since I live a considerable distance from the dealership, making another trip for a repair that should have been completed before delivery was not a reasonable solution. While waiting for the stereo to be repaired, it also became apparent that the boat had not been properly detailed. Dust, dirt, and pollen were visible in multiple areas, and although some surfaces were quickly wiped down, much of the boat remained dirty. After getting the boat home, I found additional areas that clearly had not been cleaned. I want to recognize that the employees working that day were courteous, professional, and did their best to resolve the issues they discovered. My concern is not with their efforts, but with the lack of preparation before my scheduled pickup. The boat should have been fully inspected, tested, and thoroughly detailed well before I arrived. Purchasing a new boat is a significant investment, and customers should be able to expect that it is clean, fully functional, and ready to enjoy when they take delivery. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope you will review your pre-delivery inspection and detailing process so future customers receive the level of service they should expect. I would appreciate hearing what steps Cabela's intends to take in response to this experience. Thank you for your time and consideration.

  The staff and store layout is great. I picked up my trolling motor that I bought online and a guy Michael was great to work with when I picked up the motor. My issue is that they do not have hardly any high end tackle at all such as Megabass and so forth. At least not at the Ashwaubenon Wi location and it's disappointing as we have some great fishing in this state.
