- PWPaul Welhouse3 days ago5.0Had a great experience getting my new waders. Associate Jamison was big help on the phone confirming that my size was available before I drove all the way there. When I arrived we tried the waders to insure it fit my needs. Thank you Jamison
- MVMisc VangOct 27, 20265.0Bass pro said good luck no one is gonna restring my crossbow for me as it’s hunting season. I came to Scheels and there tech. “Nathan Tadych” got it done for me in 10min’s. Thank you so much. Very friendly environment as Every employee I walked pass said hi to me. Very pleased keep up the great work!
- BLBrogen LewisOct 25, 20262.0They have stuff in stock but not on the shelves anywhere. They can’t fill their shelves throughout the day which is absolutely absurd and ridiculous.
- AKAngie KriegerOct 24, 20265.0Incredibly pleased with our experience at Scheels. We went in looking for new bikes. Stephanie B. (one of the managers) was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped answer all of our questions and found the perfect bikes for our entire family. We will always shop Scheels for all of our outdoor needs.
- CLCaleb LyOct 14, 20263.0Got my tennis racquets restrung there. I asked service center to put a new overgrip on my racquet handle (which I paid for). Haven’t tested the strings yet, but upon getting home I noticed an employee wrapped the overgrip so poorly, a 7th grader could wrap it better than them. Never ever asking them to wrap my overgrip again. The simplest part of the job couldn’t be done. Pathetic. Update: called back and Aaron who strung my racquet said they can do a new overgrip change free of charge next time I come in to restring racquets. Changed my rating from 2 stars to 3 only for this reason.
