  Trespassed a customer with a service dog because she can't hold her dogs leash. Absolutely disgusting.

  You not only kicked out a service dog but then you banned the people from returning due to those service dogs. You seriously need to re-educate your employees on a service dog and an EMS ( emotional support) dog. Before you recieve a lawsuit from the ADA and your employees who like to argue with customers about the services their dog provides not ALL service dogs can be leashed due to specific illness

  I bought a Yoder competition smoker with drawer. When I got it home I found I did not get the model with the drawer. Arg! I called the store and they said they would deliver the right one in 3 days. I myself would have had someone do that exchange asap with one of those vans sitting behind the store, rather that make a customer wait three days. The sales guys on the floor said they would help load this up and strap it down. Yes they helped get it on the trailer, but no help securing it. Customer satisfaction doesn’t appear to be a thing with these people. If only someone would have checked they had the right product when they got it up from storage. Very disappointed

  I purchased an item online from Scheels that was shipped from this location. When I opened the box it was just an empty case. I called customer service and they refused to do anything about it.

  I visited Scheels with a specific purchase in mind and needed assistance in the knife department. Unfortunately, my experience made me feel invisible as a female customer. I stood at the locked knife case while multiple associates were nearby, yet no one offered assistance. Male customers who came into the area after me were helped first, and I eventually had to approach someone myself. When making a purchase related to personal protection, feeling comfortable asking questions and receiving knowledgeable guidance is important. The associate who helped me was courteous and gave me time to examine the options and make my decision. I appreciated his willingness to help, although he was unable to answer some of my questions. Scheels would benefit from having more knowledgeable and approachable female associates in traditionally male-dominated departments. Customers should feel respected, acknowledged, and confident—regardless of gender—when seeking help with important purchases.
