- HLHeidi LApr 1, 20264.0I went into Express searching for some items to wear to a funeral. The sales associates were super friendly and helpful. I gave this store a review a a 4 star as the fitting rooms need new sitting benches. ( the current benches are not appropriate for trying on clothing, the rooms were missing door hangers for a purse/coat) I did find a few items that the associate put on hold for me easily and I did swing back later and purchase the items. Express used to carry a good amount of button down dress shirts for women which they seem to have eliminated, this was also a disappointment. Associates would get a 5 star ⭐️

She went above my expectations and made me feel welcomed without the pressure of having to purchase. She gave me space and offered fitting rooms to not just me but the other customers in the store as well. She made sure I was able to use all my coupons and discounts, even ones I didn’t know I had! The shop was very clean and organized which made it easy to shop in. Enjoyed my experience, will definitely be coming here first whenever I’m in need of shopping.

She didnt have the size in store but was able to order online and ship to my house. I would definitely recommend this place for a great product and the best customer service.
