- EGErin GradyFeb 18, 20261.0Crazy how I come in here all the time…and the ONE time I bring my kids, when I am stressed and tired and am trying to tell them to be quiet only for the staff to turn up the music to try and mute my kids out….thats pathetic and sad. I’ll drive to Happy Valley or elsewhere before I return back to this location. I let because I didn’t know whether I should be embarrassed or if I should’ve went in on the staff who thought they were being cute….just sad.

- JEJessy EvaDec 29, 20221.0Clothing are beautiful at Windsor but I’m giving 1 star (if that’s worth it) to one of the staff (white skin, black hair girl with piercings) Asked a couple of questions and gives me the most rudest look and answer. I’m not from here so all I wanted was help but she made me feel so uncomfortable. Asked to try something on, proceeds to keep doing whatever she was doing and holds me waiting. Got the other staff to help instead, she was nice. My partner was with me and even he felt uncomfortable. I thought I was the only one but looking at the previous reviews a lot of people have experienced the same thing. Management needs to take this more seriously and I will comment on how the staff are dressed there: for a beautiful store you would think staff would dress up to standards. I was generally confused if that girl worked there
