  We had excellent service at the Jewelry counter. I will definitely continue to shop here. I love their Jewelry and clothes. Bought 2 Tank tops & can not find that nice color anywhere else. Ty for excellent customer service 👏

  This store is a personal family favorite. We been coming here since I can remember. It was amazing back then and still is today. Great friendly staff, safe environment, great location great prices great, great great.

  To start off the photographer was very unprofessional. We had planned to have a big family picture with my mom who is fighting stage 3 "incurable cancer " with all her children and grandchildren. We had a member even fly from out of state to surprise her and be apart of this picture. When we arrived the photographer was up to date on what the plan was, my mom arrived and we surprised her, and that all went fine. When it was time to go into the room I told my mom "theres a chair in there you can go sit on it and we can get started" I told her that because shes weak and obviously physically weak so there's no mistake on why I'm telling my mom this and the photographer says in a very harsh tone "I will be telling everyone where they'll be sitting or standing I say "that fine but my mom just needs to sit while we get ready and posed" Moving on, during the pictures, maybe I just had a higher expectation than JCPenneys provides, I'm not sure but when taking picture the photographer would put us in our spots but not tell us simple things to make a picture look better. Example my nephews shoe was untied the whole time and thats just whats on all pictures. Or another example my nieces bra strap was showing because her sleeve fell off her shoulder and we weren't told. Those are just a couple. Not to mention telling us to maybe pull our hair forward, my brother in law hair sticking up, or a button being weird. Like I said, maybe I had higher expectations than JCPenneys provides but I have had family pictures taken many times other places and the photographer typically helps with all that. After we were done we went back into the waiting room where we weren't sure what to do. Nobody told us anything and after 10 minutes of waiting with no communication some of my family members were saying, I think we are suppose to leave and there was confusion, we waited another 5 or so minutes and I went and asked the lady who was coming from the back somewhere "are we suppose to just leave and you email me or do you want us to wait?" She said again very harshly "Just wait! Ill come help in a bit " we all thought , wow ok no need to talk like that but let it go. But also my mom is tired, weak, and theres no place for her to sit because other people are there now as well. She finally calls us over to the computer. I was told because I had purchased a Groupon, which I told her at the beginning and she scanned for me, there was one option I had and it typically cost $1119.69 but because I had a Groupon it was $359.35. I asked if that was my only option she said yes because of my Groupon order. I rarely get sticker shocked but I definitely was, plus really wanted these pictures for my mom, and also felt pressured to purchase this to be able to get access to digital. Thats all I really wanted was all the digital. Plus after coming home and reading the detailed email receipt we were charged an "extended session fee" for $24.99. Which not at one time did the photographer say "we are almost out of time, do you want to extend" or even at the end mentioning "you went over time so I had to charge you" Zero communication. Zero options. Zero empathy. Zero help and guidance. Overall horrible experience. Very disappointed. Plus the pictures are just "ok" at best. The cuts are off. You can see the bottom of shoes on the top of other sheets. Won't be coming back after this experience

  Mary in the jewelry department was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and professional and was very helpful with helping a relative of mine find what she was looking for.
