  I had a very disappointing experience with customer service during a recent return. I wasn’t familiar with the return process and was trying to get some guidance, but the associate I spoke with was rude and impatient from the start. Instead of explaining things clearly, they made me feel like I was an inconvenience for asking basic questions. Their tone was dismissive, and they didn’t make any effort to help me understand what I needed to do. As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of respect and willingness to assist, especially when I’m unsure about a process. This experience left a really negative impression, and it makes me hesitant to shop here again. Customer service should be about helping people, not making them feel uncomfortable for asking for help.

  I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Employees were just standing around chatting while customers clearly needed help, and when I asked a simple question, I got eye rolls and a one-word answer like I was inconveniencing them. No one offered assistance, the attitude was cold and dismissive, and it honestly felt like they didn’t want anyone in the store. Add overpriced, inconsistent clothes on top of that, and there’s zero reason to come back.
