  Went in thinking I’d might sell a lot of my clothes that were in good shape even some brand names. Took a big box in with clothes flowing out of it. Once I got the text they were done sorting (literally 5 mins later) I went back in and it looked like they didn’t even sort through the box. Took the box back home and they didn’t even grab the nice brands like “princess polly” or other good brands I had. But when I shop there they have some trashy clothes, holes and stains in others. Can you please make it make sense???

  Went here for the first time years ago to see how much i can get for a pair of jeans i had and was told to just drop it off and they’ll call me. When i was called they said i can come by any day to pick up and when i arrived days later they said they donated it. I was never told that if you wait a few days they keep the items. I wasn’t told when i first went there and i wasn’t told on the phone. And if you look at the negative reviews you will see others had this exact same experience. How they kept their items without telling them. That should tell you enough. I talked to the manager and all he did was try to put the blame on me and wanted to give me 10% in store discount. He said there was a paper in the front door explaining the terms but there were several posters and advertisements on there. Like many. You should tell the customers the terms not just put it on a piece of paper where nobody can see. Very bad business and customer service.

  Definitely a reason they have such low reviews unfriendly workers with bad customer service. How did they mess up a number that was already on file. Already didn’t like going to this rip off of a store for sure not going now.
