- JGJeffery Gerig2 days ago5.0Staff was very helpful but if you are looking for fishing supplies and have a certain thing in mind, make sure to call to make sure they have it. They were able to offer good alternatives that met my needs. Would recommend Bass Pro Shops. Just wish they had one closer to TriCities, would go more often.

My husband had gone in to buy a camping chair yesterday, showed the lady there a picture of the chair, she grabbed it for him, and he bought it. Unfortunately it was the wrong one, so he went back today to exchange it. The experience was literally night and day from yesterday. The young man (Garcia, A) that assisted him today was very rude and had a terrible attitude. I understand everyone has bad days. But this in no way excuses them from treating others with kindness, just some food for thought...
