- CMCarlos MelgosaApr 11, 20261.0They couldn't spool the fishing rod I had just purchased the guy doing it said the reel was damaged then tried to get me to take a replacement one that was 30 dollars less then what I had purchased I seen the mistake and told the person working the register and pointed out the price difference then he went with me and asked that guy what was going on then got yelled at for it 😳 by the person that was attending the fishing department. Ended my visit by returning everything I had purchased no apologies from want seemed to be the store manager at the costumer service desk when I returned my items over all worst experience with this location no accountability wasted my time and tried to rob me unprofessional when it comes to management so I see why the employee was a terrible person also top to bottom. I would not doubt shady stuff is happening behind closed doors here.
