  Super friendly, very helpful.Fix.My sunglasses didn't charge me went out of their way to try to find me transition lenses for my meta app.I would say that haas and raven need raises asap

  Walked in 3/23 and purchased two pairs of Oakley sunglasses and ordered an extra set of lenses for one of the pairs I was also purchasing that same day. Was told by the clerk that the extra set of lenses would ship to my house in 2-3 weeks. Not only was I incorrectly informed - the lenses were actually to ship to the store - I was not notified upon their arrival. I received zero phone calls, zero emails. I called the store to which I was informed the lenses had been “sitting there for weeks” and it’s “normal for them to have no idea who they belong to because they get shipped to the store unlabeled.” I asked the clerk if something could be done to rectify the situation, and she said she might be able to ship them to my house. Not trusting that? I said I would pick them up in store. I get to the store, the clerk hold my lenses straight out to me and makes zero eye contact. I leave the store, and get home to swap out the lenses, and they are the wrong size. The sunglasses I’d purchased in store on 3/23 were large, and the extra lenses the clerk had ordered were XL. Not only did I wait two months for the incorrect size, I was also met with complete unprofessionalism, zero empathy, and as if it were my fault she didn’t know who the lenses belonged to. As the customer, it is not my responsibility to keep track of a retail only store’s orders. In fact, I’d gone to the sister store first by mistake to pick up my lenses, and they had a system labeled by phone number - so in fact, it is possible to identify who the shipments belong to. I am so completely frustrated and will not be returning to any sunglass hut for future purchases. This experience totally ruined the brand for me and I will be sharing my experience with others.

  First time purchasing at this store. Price was higher than I'm used to but was able to get three glasses for my family for high quality pairs.
