- AKAmaan KatariaAug 4, 20261.0Very poor customer service. Bought a Movado watch on Feb 2026. Last month got moisture in the watch. Came to discuss the option to get it fixed. Just cold response call customer service. Excuse was they don’t have any repair people. And told us that you guys didn’t bought any protection plan so can’t fix it. If you guys had protection plan than we can fix it. What is that mean if you had protection plan than they have repair people if no protection plan than repair people.

- JJJerryDec 1, 20191.0Terribly managed They locked up the fitting tools, still wanted to charge for a box for the watch that would not go on my wrist! How arrogant can you get? Not even an apology from the manager who looked like I was acting out of my station by asking her why my watch would not be fitted or come in a box. Got a great deal on a a Citizen instead, it may not look as nice, but I can run it through the dishwasher after wearing while working on my car or fishing! And in 10 years, when it is gouged and chipped, it will still work. Manipulation of customers was on the first page of Kodak's bankruptcy playbook, Sears too! I do have to thank them for saving me $300 and sending me for what will ultimately be a better watch. Thank you if you are reading this.
