- HMHannah Mack4 days ago5.0After having a negative experience at one of the other stores at the outlet mall, I was feeling pretty low by the time that I made it to Express. I was pleasantly surprised that the women in there were so friendly and accommodating. Chris helped me pick out exactly what I wanted, and treated me with dignity even though I didn't come in wearing nice clothes. The dressing room experience was great, and Chris made sure that I got the best discount possible at the cash register. She completely turned my day around.
