  I have been here before and Today I wish it was before. I have always had an excellent experience, with passionate sales representatives that are helpful, engaging and lively when speaking about the brand they represent. In fact, I make it a point to always stop by this shop whenever I am in the Seattle area. Today my experience was lackluster in every way. Should I begin by the lack of a hello when I walked through the door of the small shop. Or maybe it was when I told my wife that they were having 50% off of their second pair promo; only to be corrected by the clerk that it was only a 20% off sale. After what would be the only time the clerk spoke to me to correct me, I pointed out a sign in between their shoe display that mentioned their 50 % off a second promo I had stated before. The clerk quickly hurdled over to the sign to pull it as if they had forgotten it was there from a days' prior. At last, maybe it was the cold, judgemental and unwelcoming experience that put me, my wife and several other shoppers off. While I was there I. noticed that every person quickly went into the shop, felt the energy and left without being acknowledged and left empty handed.

  I went in looking for a new pair of docs last week and both of the employees were so helpful in finding sizes and giving tips. When I went to pay I had a problem with my gift card. Even though they were close to closing the manger called 2 other stores and finally their boss to figure it out for me!! They were amazing!!
