  Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this Outlet location. My friend and I visited this store today, September 26th, around 4:00 PM. I selected a fleece zip-up hoodie hanging directly underneath a clear sign that read "60% off / JACKETS". There were no other jackets displayed around it, so the signage clearly applied to the rack. However, when I brought it to the register, the first clerk insisted there was no discount at all, only a storewide extra 20% off, and she also charged me for a shopping bag. Feeling confused, I took a photo of the item under the sign and approached a second employee, who turned out to be the store manager. The manager initially claimed the jacket was only 40% off (60% of original price). When I showed her the photo of the "60% off JACKETS" sign right above the item, she made conflicting excuses—first claiming it wasn’t a "jacket" but a "fleece," and then saying the sign might have been placed incorrectly. Yet, the sign remained there the entire time. When we went back to the first clerk to resolve the issue, she handed my item back without any apology and told me to go to the back of the line and queue all over again—even though the confusion was entirely due to their mistake. When I finally reached the register again, a third clerk processed my transaction, stating the manager instructed her to charge 40% off, but this clerk did not charge for the bag. Later, my friend checked out with the manager directly, and she was not charged for a bag either (we have visited this location multiple times before and have never been charged for bags). The manager tried to excuse the first cashier by saying "she just didn't know about the discounts." As an outlet store where every single item is discounted, it is completely unacceptable for a staff member not to know basic discount policies or charge fees arbitrarily. Given the language barrier during my initial checkout, I couldn't help but feel mistreated and unfairly targeted. Both my friend and I ended up purchasing the fleece hoodies, but looking back, the entire experience felt wrong, unfair, and like an overcharging ordeal. Poor management, misleading signage, inconsistent pricing, and terrible customer service.
