  I was helped by the manager, Meagan, and her staff. Flying to the East Coast for a very special purpose, needed to look tops. Meagan and team went to work helping me line up some sharp threads after 75lbs worth of weight loss journey. Best customer service experience I have ever had at a clothing store.

  This was a very disappointing shopping experience. The staff told me they didn’t have another brand-new pair of the same shoes, and unbelievably suggested that I buy one new shoe and one used shoe as a pair. This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to receive a complete and brand-new product, not a mismatched combination of old and new items. This felt unprofessional and gave the impression that the store does not take product quality or customer experience seriously. Additionally, the staff did not offer any reasonable solutions, such as checking other locations, ordering a new pair, or providing alternatives. Overall, the service was very disappointing. I hope the store improves its standards and ensures this kind of situation does not happen again.
