  Walked in not planning to buy anything but found the cutest shirt in the 9$ and under rack. When I went to check out it turns out the shirt was in the wrong spot and actually more expensive than I thought. The cashier (wish I got his name) was super nice about it and lowered the price to 9$ for me! Also the employee helping with fitting rooms was very nice as well. Will definitely come again!

  Store is great and all (it’s an American eagle outlet, not much to differentiate it from other American Eagle outlets but literally who cares isn’t that the point) but Corinne/Corina , I don’t remember exactly her name, but the sweet brunette working on 07/08 around 6:30pm was STELLAR. What a gal! Me and my friend were shopping for my friends birthday trip this week and this girl was so pleasurable and sweet and helpful. Normally the “kids these days” yall be hiring don’t have a social skill to speak of let alone a personality (not their fault, I blame schools, cell phones, and lazy parenting) but this gal was a joy. Really kept up the girls girl vibes. Give her a raise. And a bonus. And a paid day off. Thanks dawg - ur a real one. I have mad respect for you asking people to sign up for credit cards every day and doing it in a way I actually wanted to think about it for a second lol

  I had a frustrating situation happen with the store today with an issue of an order I was meant to pick up in store. Admittedly, I was not my best self today and did not have the patience I should have. Despite dealing with a rather rude customer (me), Liliyn, was very patient, kind and helpful. She helped fix my issue and she was understanding when my very energetic kids were struggling to stand still and were starting to get rowdy. I really appreciated her today.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever recieved. Bought my husband jeans for his bday, needed a size up, they would not take a pair because they looked “washed and worn”. I bought them last week and they didn’t fit so they were never worn. Front desk gal was extremely rude, I’m honestly appalled, I’ve bought jeans from AE for years and I’ve never had them treat me like this during a return.
