  The employee helping me was fantastic. He was friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions if I needed anything. His customer service was exactly what I would expect when shopping. My issue was with another employee who seemed more focused on directing staff and following me around the store. If employees need coaching or correction, it should probably be done privately instead of where customers can hear it. Being closely watched throughout my visit made me feel like I was suspected of stealing, which was frustrating considering I spent over $300. The associate assisting me did an amazing job and made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the actions of the other employee took away from what would have otherwise been a great visit. You should retrain your manager or team leads to speak to the employees with more respect.

  I went to make a return and they made a disgusted face and told me that I couldn't get a refund. I asked for the manager and they didn't want to call them. After some back and forth of the injustice they were doing, finally they called someone who knew how to make the return. THEN, they made up a new amount for my change, $5.03 LESS to be exact, so I figured they enjoy that because that's the last time I'm shopping there. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.

  I had to almost slap the person with the shoe before they would help me and I’m holding the shoe up in the air making direct eye contact with the girl and she just stands there staring and I had to ask can you help me. What happened to the old fashioned customer service at Vans where they walk up to you when you go to even touch a shoe and yes there was 3 people that could of helped and they acted like they can’t see you need help. Then the lady that rings me up just glaring at me. If you don’t like to work quit!! Mostly you’re in customer service being rude to people.
