I had my subway handle on my Bam instrument case snap off as I was pulling it out of the car one day, I ordered the repair parts from bam and decided to try to repair it myself…crashed out when I realized I didn’t have the tools or experience to do the repair, so I took it in to TW Carrol and was greeted by the sweetest customer service agent, Sheldon 🐶. After some pets, the team at TW took a look at my bag and said it would be an easy fix for them. One week and less than $50 later, my case handle is brand new! Thanks to TW Carrol, cannot recommend highly enough for luggage repair and customer service.🧳❤️🐕

Yes, Rimowa has a life-time warranty, but the closest Rimowa location is in Vancouver, BC, I need to travel in a week and didn't have time to send the piece of luggage to Rimowa for repair. Rimowa sent me four replacement wheels overnight, and Mr. Carrol installed the new wheels for me, diagnosed a crack in the wheel well assembly that I could not see, and just like that, my Rimowa luggage was as good as new, for now. TW Carrol & Co are experts in repairs, actually answer their telephone during business hours, conveniently located to SEATAC in Tukwila, and were able to recommend replacement luggage to meet my needs when that wheel well crack breaks permanently. Instead of ordering online, I will be happy to buy new luggage from an expert like Andrew Carrol, whose family business provides excellent service at a reasonable price. Thank you TW Carrol & Co!
