- TZTimothy ZetterwallAug 5, 20262.0This place is fairly rude at times non-helpful at times unloading product out of my truck. I'm a 73-year-old man that could use a little help and they never offer. I think it has to do with all the foreigners that they hire to work there and I don't think they're very well instructed on customer service. I always has to have to ask for receipts for my donations and that's something I shouldn't have to ask for. Then the last time I went down there, I asked them because they refused to take an item if they could toss it in their garbage which you can see from there. And the young lady who was very surly and rude said no no our garbage is full and I said what's the difference if I just leave it here on the ground come on show a little better customer service. No wonder so many people leave stuff at your donation sites and probably down here at the drop off at southcenter as well because they can't get cooperation on taking every item.
