- PJPhoebe JAug 8, 20265.0They sure know a lot about suitcases. Fantastic place. I drive over an hour to get to them because I like them so much. I’ve brought suitcases to them for repairs a couple of times. They’re quick, reasonably priced, and do good work. And they’re wonderfully blunt. Will automatically tell you what you ought to do about your suitcase even if it obviously isn’t in their favor. Absolutely worth the trip. Please go here.

I had my subway handle on my Bam instrument case snap off as I was pulling it out of the car one day, I ordered the repair parts from bam and decided to try to repair it myself…crashed out when I realized I didn’t have the tools or experience to do the repair, so I took it in to TW Carrol and was greeted by the sweetest customer service agent, Sheldon 🐶. After some pets, the team at TW took a look at my bag and said it would be an easy fix for them. One week and less than $50 later, my case handle is brand new! Thanks to TW Carrol, cannot recommend highly enough for luggage repair and customer service.🧳❤️🐕
