  I've enjoyed eating at the Nordstrom Cafe many times over the years. I'll start off by saying the wait staff has always been exceptional. 5 stars for them. However, I feel like the quality has dropped off a bit. The salt n pepper fries used to be hands down all of our favorite sides, the turkey white bean chowder was a bit thin, and the strawberry shortcakes biscuit was so hard that even x-tra sauce didn't help. Maybe just an off day, I hope to experience better the next time I visit as I'm not ready to break up with you just yet!
