  I stopped by Nordstrom at Southcenter Mall to browse for sandals and found the shopping experience to be quick and straightforward. The store is spread across three floors and has two outdoor entrances in addition to one entrance from inside the mall, making it easy to access. Parking is convenient, with spaces located close to the store. One thing I appreciated was the very clean restroom, which is always a nice bonus while shopping. The staff and layout made the store feel efficient and easy to navigate, even for a first-time visitor. The men’s shoe department employees could be a bit friendlier, as the customer service there felt less welcoming than I expected. The selection of sandals was also smaller than I had hoped, and the overall inventory felt more limited compared to the Downtown Seattle and Bellevue locations.   My shopping experience was amazing! I’m very satisfied with my purchase. A store associate I believe by the name Oksana (lady with short blond hair) played a crucial role in making that happen. I don’t own a lot of shoes, so I didn’t know my size for a particular brand. She narrowed down the correct size on the spot. She was also very patient when I was trying them on. She deserves a huge shout out! I will be coming back for future shoe purchases ❤️

  Nordstrom is an icon in this state. High quality clothing and shoes. Service is fantastic. You pay for both the service and quality.

  WARNING TO PARENTS: Severe minor privacy violation in the lingerie department. My 14-year-old daughter was recently taken into a dressing room for a bra fitting, and the fitter required her to go completely topless in front of a stranger without informing me or getting parental consent. This entirely bypasses basic professional boundaries, safety protocols, and industry standards for fitting minors. It ruined her first fitting experience. Management needs to immediately retrain their "Certified Fit Stylists" on minor privacy and parental notification before someone else's child is compromised. Parents, stay in the room or go elsewhere.
