Ignition interlock devices require regular calibrations that will vary depending on your state's regulations. State regulations require your device to be calibrated anywhere from every 30 to every 180 days. This company sent me in circles for 25 minutes speaking with 3 different “agents” who needed to transfer me to sales. One specific person Elliana, or Illiana wouldn’t speak to me unless I made an appointment it seemed like. Which I did not want to do because I’m looking at different companies to see which one fits my budget and makes sense for my location. Every time I tried to speak I would be sent to the automated blackhole. Horrible customer service. Definitely need new agents not one was helpful or actually acknowledged the fact that I was being sent in circles. Paying them for nothing 😂
