  Walked around this entire department store. Literally no employees. One person working a register. Already difficult enough to find an avaliable register. Department stores used to have them in also each department. Not here. Such a waste of time and a huge inconvenience. Long wait to buy an item. Not worth it.

  Inefficient, Viral takes his time to finish with one customer. Guy looks like he struggled using the keyboard and a customer had to help him.

  First visit in about 20yrs. Bright and clean. And employees outnumbered the customers that I could see. The pickup and returns counter is by the south street entrance, nearest the parking garage. The in-store directories will tell you what's on each floor, but not where on the floor. I had an online order to pickup. The clerk wanted a barcode to scan the order number. Too bad, she had to manually enter the 16 digit number. 16 digits! Suggestions to JCPenny. I know you want people to walk around, hunting the store, but if you want people like me to return then make finding areas easier. And a map of the store would be nice with the directory. Oh, and Include the order number barcode in the confirmation email, or a weblink in the text message to help out your online pickup staff.

  No cashiers available in the entire store. Can't even make a purchase. Had to drop my merchandise and leave. Don't expect this place to survive another 6 months...

  Signing up for texts alerts to track and watch for your package is a joke, same thing with the email tracking. When you attempt to add your address to leave a message for the delivery driver it says your address isn't valid smdh , you're Signed into the Penny's site and all. It's An absolute waste of time., I absolutely hate having to shop online but when I go to the stores they never have my size or it's only sold online. Then the drivers are so lazy they refuse to ring the door bell to alert that the package has arrived AND THERE IS A SIGN ON THE DOOR instructing the LAZY DRIVER to ring doorbell!🗑️🤮
