- MMM1 day ago1.0if it was giving no stars i won't even one star , i went to return pair of pants i shred my reciept by accident which i was mad at myself i always keep my reciepts. But went into store the lady didnt try to help me she wouldn't teven use my phone nu,ber to look up mmy account she told they don't do that any more , she got hold of manager also no help she told me swipe my card n dint do nothimng because first lady deleted my reciept so it didn't show up but it showed up on my rewards , plus they both asked me where did I bought it right here on my phone you can se this store but no they both wouldn't look at my phone that shows you I wasn't going to get help at all. I can't wait till to all JC Penny's closes down . or corp better look at there employee's complaints and get rid of them. Such bad employees always make bad inpressions to custormers from there look at there records of complaints if not your store closind down just becuse top employees did'nt bother to look at the complaints and see which department is having issues. So I'll see in future what JC Pennys how lng they last .

Staff continue to ask if you're finding everything while you shop. They are knowledgeable too! The store has a great selection and the prices are unbelievable. This is not a one off either. It happens everytime I go. If you're wondering where customer service went, it's at JCP Southcenter. Thank you JCP staff.
