Sometimes you wonder how you'll be treated if they do. My experience at DXL was the opposite of that. I stopped in near the end of the staff's shift and never once felt rushed. The gentleman helping me was kind, attentive, and genuinely present. The woman working alongside him was equally welcoming. What struck me most was watching other customers come in and greet him by name. It was obvious these weren't merely transactions. Relationships had been built here. The clothing isn't inexpensive, but neither is the quality. I found exactly what I was looking for and even discovered a cologne that surprised me enough that I bought it and have worn it several times since. The sales were legitimate, the selection was strong, and the service was something increasingly rare. I wasn't simply waited on. I was served. I get that it is a specialty store but it is crazy that a single shirt is 55 dollars. Outside of the prices this is was a really great experience.
