My card was double charged for one pair of sunglasses on January first and I have yet to be refunded for it now on January 16th. If I hadn’t caught the double charge in my bank account I am seriously doubting they would have contacted me about it. I had to initiate the phone calls I even had to drive back to the mall, bank statements in hand to get the ball really rolling. I was given a promo code for 30% off my next purchase for all my trouble. I just tried to use it online and it is invalid. This place has got to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I am telling everyone I know to never go here.
