  I brought in two hampers of clothes and they didn’t buy anything. Which would be totally fine IF THEY ACTUALLY WENT THROUGH THE CLOTHES?! I just looked through them and they’re all exactly how I fold them (which is distinctive) they didn’t even go through my clothes. They wanted one jacket and now that I think about it, it was a jacket that was sitting on top. They ruffled up the top few items and then left the rest. Crazyyy especially cuz they explained and said “yeah we’re just not really taking summer clothes” understood! But unluckily for them they missed the brand new coats and sweatshirts at the bottom 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

  Everything was quick and was given a decent price when we went in to sell some clothes. They bought a few items but, said they aren’t really buying anything right now. Which is disappointing the website says “always buying”

  They said they pay yard sale prices For your 100 dollar items, save your time and face I was mortified. Cheap and disgraceful is an understatement.

  I wanted to do two separate transactions and they would not let me. I always shop here. This is the first time they have ever done that.

  0/10 experience they keep saying that things that are in good condition and bad condition. When half of their stuff is creased or damaged they always say that they don’t have room for stuff but take things that don’t look appealing. they say bags are worn down and not in good condition but yet sell things that are worse than the condition that you bring in 0/10 experience they don’t know the stuff that they have and the worth they study selling things at full price hundred dollars for shoes that you can get the brand new for 100 make it make sense. It’s a resale shop.
