I have shopped at Nordstrom for a long time. They have just lost me as a customer. I won't go back. I would rather go to other stores that are more helpful. No stars at all.

I ordered three pairs of sunglasses in addition to some other clothing items. When I picked my order up from the store, my sunglasses were not included in the order, but a pair I did not order were. When I brought this up, a manager was called and I was effectively accused of stealing. They gave me a refund, but the tone was awful. I’ll be returning my other items and never shopping here again.
