- SGSabina Grendene6 days ago1.0My husband and I shop there all the time. I had a pair of pants to return pass the 30 day policy. I know it was my fault to completely forget about the return, but I also know that usually Nordstrom is very keen and understanding and always try to make the right decisions.The lady that helped my husband was extremely rude to him and told him he cannot return the pants. Usually when passing the policy days of return, the store offer you a credit instead of refund. The woman was extremely rude and condescending with my husband, that he had to walk out because he got very upset and didn’t want to make a scene. Very disappointed of Nordstrom Rack. Maybe that lady should look for a different job and have more grace.

- JMJ MJul 13, 20261.0Sad when there is no effort in helping someone with returns when it is a few days past their 60 days. Thought it was 90, made a mistake, staff didn't even blink. Life has been busy and rough. Would have been nice to feel like some effort went into understanding life happens sometimes. In addition, they were short and not very friendly. The initial person I talked to asked someone else if there was anything they could do and the person who came over was very pointed and clearly didn't want to even try to help. Not sure if she was a manager but she was the one who wasn't friendly and had a dismissive tone.
