- BJBlake Johnson2 days ago1.0Another disgusting experience with Finn where I had to tell her that chemical perfume that the employee ringing me up rubbed over my leather bag without talking to me, is permanently on my expensive product and that Nordstrom is carrying chemicals instead of essential oils. You didn’t even have to open the package to have it all over you. It is almost as bad as the people that spray the perfume in your face.
- GVGeorge VamoSep 20, 20265.0Came here a few weeks ago, clothes were kind of everywhere !! I met 2 workers, 1 man Kevin and the other man Jacob. Both really good people, cashiers up front make the atmosphere great to walk into, overall good prices for clothes since everything is expensive now a days. Would definitely be back soon
- EBEmily BreckenridgeAug 31, 20264.0It’s ok. The toys weren’t discounted and priced like any normal store. Lot of cute toddler shoes.
- SGSabina GrendeneAug 16, 20261.0My husband and I shop there all the time. I had a pair of pants to return pass the 30 day policy. I know it was my fault to completely forget about the return, but I also know that usually Nordstrom is very keen and understanding and always try to make the right decisions. The lady that helped my husband was extremely rude to him and told him he cannot return the pants. Usually when passing the policy days of return, the store offer you a credit instead of refund. The woman was extremely rude and condescending with my husband, that he had to walk out because he got very upset and didn’t want to make a scene. Very disappointed of Nordstrom Rack. Maybe that lady should look for a different job and have more grace.
