- BJBlake JohnsonMay 25, 20261.0Very disappointed with my experience at the Tacoma Nordstrom Rack this Memorial Day. Nordstrom used to be known as a company that empowered employees to take care of customers when it made sense and did not harm the business. Instead, what I witnessed felt like an environment where employees seemed afraid to make decisions or help resolve a reasonable customer concern. Store manager Hanson has clearly created a culture of fear rather than customer service, and it was honestly shocking to see compared to the Nordstrom reputation many of us grew up respecting. I look forward to speaking with Tess about this situation because this experience felt completely out of alignment with what the Nordstrom brand used to stand for.

- UHU CALL WE HAULMay 20, 20265.0I went here looking for a comfortable pair of shoes for travel and the attendant Shay was an excellent helper. The shoes that I wanted were not in my size. She thoroughly checked the supply room in back with no success but came back with a close second. I described the shoe style I was looking for and she took me to the dress shoe section, helped me to find a better shoe at a phenomenal price. Excellent customer service. Shay is my she-ro.
