My masters graduation is this Friday, and we fly out to Boston on Tuesday so I had a weird situation where I needed to buy the pants at the store and ship my correct sized jacket to my Boston address. He not only honored the online discount, but found a better deal for me! I forgot to tell him expedited shipping, however, he called customer service himself and was able to get it changed to 1day shipping, with no added cost! I can’t thank Victor enough, this is a massive milestone in my life, and he helped me make sure I was truly taken care of from start to finish. Not to mention that when I entered the store earlier he personally helped me look through all of the different physical jackets, overall 10/10 experience!

Nice, welcoming reception area, where I was quickly welcomed and asked how I could be assisted. I was looking for help finding a job and given an intake form. As soon as I filled it out, I stood up and was politely invited to turn the form in. I was asked for my resume (which I immediately was able to email) and informed a recruiter would call me that day or the next business day. I was texted a link to download their app to update many profile and start looking for available jobs while waiting for the call from the recruiter. This experience was much better that the other agencies I stopped at earlier in the day. I am looking forward to talking to the recruiter and my first assignment!
