  Nick Bailey and the rest of the team at Aqua Quip in Lakewood have been exceptional to work with. Being a first time pool owner, Nick and his team have educated me in pool chemistry, water testing, maintenance, equipment, and pool volume accuracy. Their counsel and patience, in explaining the intricacies of pool ownership and maintenance with me have been wonderful. The advice and ongoing support from the team at Aqua Quip has allowed my family and myself to fully enjoy our pool all year round.

  OMG! Best experience in service, expertise and going above and beyond for the customer! Ethan was the most helpful and accommodating associate I have had experience with in such a long time! We appreciated every extra step he took to make bbq dreams come true for my guy!! Thank You!

  Poor customer service and unfinished job. We were super excited for our purchase of a swim spa and Covana cabana. We waited 6 month for the pool to arrive which was acceptable and not a problem. Once it arrived we were called daily for completion of payment. However, it’s been two months and the job is still isn’t done and communications have been extremely lacking. Everything is waiting on the Covana cabana. Apparently they have terrible customer service and the product always has installation problems. We are stuck waiting on them with no use of the pool in site and going in 3 months of waiting. Very unsatisfactory!
