  Went into the Lakewood location today and Nick Bailey was outstanding, knowledgable and so kind. He went above and beyond to help me. If you are ever in need of anything hot tub related in western Washington, go to Lakewood Aquaquip and ask for Nick Bailey, “the hot tub guy”. Five outta Five stars!

  Aquaquip representatives were respectful and professional when answering questions, knew product details which led to our purchase. Although, the location of my home made it complicated for delivery, the delivery crew figured it out. Great experience, I’ll shop with them again and point others in their direction.

  We bought a sauna at Aqua Quip five years ago and it was recently vandalized. We found the glass door on the ground one morning. I called Aqua Quip to order new hinges which were broken off. The man I spoke to researched it, called me back the next day, I placed the order and they arrived in a week, exactly the hinges we needed. I was very impressed by their customer service.

  We’ve been troubleshooting our broken hot tub. When we ran out of ideas, we headed to Lakewood Aqua Quip to talk to Nick who seems to know everything! And he did. He gave us many ideas for solutions and brought our pump out to show us how and where. Then the service tech, Max, wandered out to get his lunch and while waiting, heard our conversation with Nick. Max decided his “shop day” wasn’t as important as our problem. 30 minutes after we got home, he and a trainee brought out a replacement motor and had it installed 30 minutes later! He even offered to help me unload a delivery of dirt! We have purchased our hot tub, sauna, and green egg and bbq from Nick and his crew. They are THE BEST!

  Fantastic customer service. They have what you need for your outdoor space. If you are in the market for an amazing smoker I highly recommend the Green Mountain Grill. Absolutely the best pellet smoker/grill ever.
