- KKKevin KernMar 15, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Sunglass Hut in Spokane Valley Mall. I ordered replacement lenses for my son’s glasses and paid over $100. They had an outdated phone number on file and said they couldn’t reach me, but instead of holding the order or contacting me another way, they sent the lenses back. When I came in to pick them up, they refused to give me the lenses or a refund because too much time had passed. I’ve done business with Sunglass Hut locations across the country and have never experienced anything like this. The manager and staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and the situation was handled very poorly. It’s incredibly frustrating to lose over $100 and receive nothing in return. Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. Will never shop here again and would recommend anyone else buying from alternative locations before doing business with these people
