  We made a purchase at Sportsman's Warehouse on September 25th. The computer at the gun counter went down, so we had to finish our purchase at the front register. Unfortunately, both registers charged us. We spoke with a manager before leaving, who assured us the original charge would remain pending and eventually fall off. Two weeks later, the charge has posted to my bank account and still hasn't been refunded. I called at 11 a.m. and was promised a call back from a manager. Nothing. Called again at 1 p.m. and was told the same thing. Still nothing. Finally, around 3–4 p.m., I drove back to the store and spoke with the same manager. After waiting about 20 minutes, I was told he couldn't refund me because the charge was still showing as pending on their end. He questioned twice whether it had actually posted to my account. How could a charge from September 25th still be pending two weeks later? His only solution was to forward my information to someone else and tell me to wait for an email. No refund, no timeline, and apparently now it's my responsibility to keep checking my email for a resolution to their mistake. Extremely frustrating that getting back money I should never have been charged has become this much of a hassle. Very disappointing customer service.

  There was a cashier having issues with licensing because sportsmans system sucks. Everytime I've gone the licensing desk always has computer issues, not fair to the cashier, she was getting stressed because a manager or supervisor was too busy chatting it up with the security guard and they're are just watching her struggle while they just stand around talking about whatever. Finally called for help even tho the supervisor or manager could have stepped in but no. Made us wait for another employee so the security and the female manager or whoever she was could go back to yapping and then the cashier desk also had issues and froze up. Fix your team and fix your system. Its not fair to your poor employees who have to deal with that bs everyday.its been the same concept for the past few years. Nobody is working besides 1 or 2 cashiers doing their best while managers and supervisors and never to be found or are just bsing which each other and the systems either always down or having issues. Checking out should be pretty quick, smooth and easy going. Yet everytime im there the system has an issue or nobody is working. Get a grip

  I have purchased many rods from this location and I purchased one that immediately snapped upon putting line on. Jonathan Jackson from the fishing department helped me return this item and helped source a replacement rod. These guys are easy to work with and treat customers the right way!
